Preventing parcel theft

With more people ordering items online, we want to remind residents to take simple steps to help keep deliveries secure and reduce the risk of theft.

✅ Delivery instructions – where possible, arrange for parcels to be delivered when someone is at home, or to a trusted neighbour.

✅ Safe places – use designated parcel collection points or lockers if you can’t be in.

✅ Keep it discreet – avoid leaving parcels in plain sight (e.g. on doorsteps or in open porches).

✅ Report suspicious activity – if you see anyone acting suspiciously around delivery vehicles or properties, please contact us.
